Terms and Conditions

At Saro Store, we aim to provide a seamless and exceptional shopping experience, with full transparency in presenting all product details.

1. Product Description
We strive to display products as accurately as possible. However, natural plants may slightly vary in size or appearance from the images shown.

2. Inspection Upon Delivery
Customers have the right to inspect their order upon delivery and may either accept it or return it immediately with the courier for a full refund (excluding delivery fees).

3. Returns & Refunds
– Products (excluding natural plants) can be returned within 7 days, provided they are in their original condition.
– Refunds will be processed within 14 business days via the original payment method, excluding shipping fees.
– Direct exchanges are not available; the product must be returned and a new purchase made.
– The cost of customized cards will be deducted upon return if they have already been printed.

4. Delivery Fees
– Shipping fees (35 SAR) are non-refundable once the order has been delivered.
– In case of cancellation with free shipping applied, the shipping cost will be deducted.

5. Terms Modification
The store reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the store constitutes acceptance of any updates.
