At Saro Store, we strive to provide accurate images and information for every product. However, natural plants may slightly vary in size, shape, or color from the displayed images due to their living nature, which is normal and expected.
Return & Exchange Policy
Returns
- Gardening Supplies: Can be returned within 3 days from the date of purchase.
- Plants: Can only be returned after inspection while the delivery representative is present and before they leave. Once the delivery representative has left, returns will no longer be accepted.
Exchanges
- Gardening Supplies: If you are not satisfied with the product, it may be exchanged within 3 days from the date of purchase.
- Plants: Can only be exchanged after inspection while the delivery representative is present and before they leave. Once the delivery representative has left, exchanges will no longer be accepted.
Return & Exchange Conditions
- The product must be returned in its original condition without damage or removal of packaging (if applicable).
- Products that have been damaged or misused by the customer will not be accepted.
- Plants cannot be returned or exchanged after the delivery representative has left.
Refund Processing
- Once a return request or order cancellation is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method. Refund processing may take from 1 up to 14 business days depending on the payment provider or the customer’s bank.
